How do I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Use the link in your booking confirmation to cancel — refund is processed automatically.
Are child seats available?
Yes, at no extra cost. Just let us know the number and approximate ages of children when you book.
How long do you wait at the airport?
Up to 60 minutes free for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights.
What if my flight is delayed?
Just provide your flight number when booking and the driver tracks it automatically — pickup time adjusts and no extra waiting is charged for the delay.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets in carriers are welcome at no extra charge. Larger pets available upon request.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Several of our vehicles can transport folding wheelchairs. Let us know when you book and we'll assign the right vehicle.
